Requirements Education Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. CA (CC) qualification will be given preference. Experience 12 to 15 years The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies Additional Requirements Age At least 35 years Proven hands-on experience in cash incentive (export subsidy) processing. Strong understanding of export procedures, foreign exchange regulations, and documentation. Experience working with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Prior experience in the IT/ITES export sector will be highly preferred. Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills with attention to regulatory compliance. Responsibilities & Context Job Summary: Betopia Group is seeking an experienced AGM – Cash Incentive Management to lead and manage all IT/ITES export cash incentive activities. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely processing of export subsidy claims in line with Bangladesh Bank and government policies, while supporting financial efficiency through effective incentive realization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end management of IT/ITES export cash incentive (export subsidy) operations. Prepare, review, and submit incentive claim documents to Bangladesh Bank and relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with export regulations, foreign exchange guidelines, and incentive policies. Monitor export proceeds realization, documentation accuracy, and reporting timelines. Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments for smooth claim processing and approvals. Maintain proper records, reconciliation, and reporting related to cash incentives. Identify process improvements to maximize incentive benefits and minimize processing delays. Support management with reports and insights related to incentive realization and financial impact.
