Responsibilities & Context Job Summary: Betopia Group is seeking an experienced AGM – Cash Incentive Management to lead and manage all IT/ITES export cash incentive activities. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely processing of export subsidy claims in line with Bangladesh Bank and government policies, while supporting financial efficiency through effective incentive realization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end management of IT/ITES export cash incentive (export subsidy) operations. Prepare, review, and submit incentive claim documents to Bangladesh Bank and relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with export regulations, foreign exchange guidelines, and incentive policies. Monitor export proceeds realization, documentation accuracy, and reporting timelines. Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments for smooth claim processing and approvals. Maintain proper records, reconciliation, and reporting related to cash incentives. Identify process improvements to maximize incentive benefits and minimize processing delays. Support management with reports and insights related to incentive realization and financial impact.
